Cookcare was launched in April, 2013 as a creative outlet for me to express my love for all things food, cooking and eating. I’m the sort of person that will simmer with excitement over something I chose from an internet menu until I go and really eat it in a restaurant. I will taste it in my mind, drool alone while performing some imaginary tasting and unleash my inner ravenous monster once I get there. It’s fun.
