Albany Gardens Nursing Centre is a 71 bed nursing facility, just 20 minutes from Brisbane, located in a quiet cul-de-sac, walking distance to the local shopping centre, cafes, parks and the Albany Creek Tavern. On entering the facility there is a feeling of warmth and friendliness, with staff ready to greet and assist visitors.
Albany Gardens provides single level, one- and two-bed rooms with light bright décor throughout. Beautifully landscaped gardens provide a feeling of peace and quiet. We have small lounge rooms throughout the facility that provide for quiet, private visits. Our outside areas may be used for family BBQs, birthday parties, or special gatherings.
Trained staff provide a high standard of care, based on individual resident's needs whether they be classified high or low care, with a focus on continuously improving the care we provide.
We offer:- 71 Beds including a new 19 bed, secure dementia wing- "Frangipani"
- 24 hour nursing care and support
- In-house chef providing nutritious meals and catering for special dietary requirements
- In-house laundry services with labelling
- Daily activities organised by our Recreational Activities Officers take into account residents interests and including outings, exercise, and social activities- music, dance, trivia and craft.
- Visiting audiologist, dental prosthesis and optometrist.
- Our physiotherapist completes a full assessment for all residents on admission. Hairdresser, podiatrist, physiotherapist available by appointment

Frangipani Suite:
The elegance of our 19 bed Frangipani Suite has all the discreet charm of an exclusive private residence. Safety, security and excellent care are part of the lifestyle in our dementia care wing.
The Frangipani Suite provides high quality care in a luxurious setting, featuring spacious rooms with high quality fittings. The wing includes private and twin rooms with ensuite, sensor lighting and technical support systems, with access to the secure feature gardens.
