Our luxury wing, "Lorna William" provides superior secure surroundings, excellent catering and wonderful activities for 12 residents with dementia. Our professional staff provides specialised, personal care 24 hours a day. Tastefully appointed in the style of yesteryear and set in gardens professionally landscaped for dementia care, Lorna William promotes serenity and peace of mind for our residents and their visitors.

Accommodation

Accommodation includes beautifully furnished private rooms large windows, comfortable chairs, and most with ensuite bathrooms. Electronic monitoring of residents also assists in care planning and supervision in our secure environment. Original artworks and quality furnishings provide a stylish, warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Facilities

Residents enjoy a sunny, light filled living room with a large outdoor deck with views over the garden. Lifestyle and recreation activities popular with our residents include concerts, dancing, trivia, movies, BBQs and, happy hour. A beautiful private dining room is provided for family and friends to gather to celebrate birthdays or special occasions. Beautifully landscaped gardens allow space to wander safely or sit quietly.

THIS FACILITY DOES NOT HAVE A FIRE SPRINKLER INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING & ASSESSMENT REGULATION 2000. THIS REGULATION REQUIRES A FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM TO BE INSTALLED IN THIS FACILITY BY 1 MARCH 2016.
